At the enterprise the council for marketing including heads of the leading services and departments is created. The main task of such council - the analysis of an export potential for: withdrawals of unprofitable types of production; determination of need of research and development for creation new and modifications of the existing products; approval of plans and programs of development or improvement of products; allocations of financial means; the analysis of efficiency of activity in the separate markets.
Improvement of technological base of the enterprises of group will allow to increase significantly their export potential, thereby, investment appeal, including potential of issue of securities.
Issue of securities of the FPG parent organization will allow to provide creation of a number of highly profitable productions of foodstuff, packing materials, production of equipment and the tool, and also development of the trade sphere of group.
As activities of FPG for processing are in a stage of initial development, the marketing service as separately existing division is not allocated. Employees of the Center of joint activity and service of foreign economic activity are engaged in carrying out market researches.
